General Lew s Book Club invites Ray Boomhower Saturday, March 6, 2021 4:00 AM The Hoosier Authors Book Club continues its sixth year with a special virtual meeting. The General Lew Wallace Study & Museum’s book club invite Hoosier author Ray E. Boomhower to visit Crawfordsville virtually. The discussion will be held online at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, via a Zoom discussion. Books are currently available for checkout at the Carriage House. The book for this meeting is Boomhower’s Fighting For Equality: A Life of May Wright Sewall. It was originally chosen in 2020 as a tie in to the Study’s “Suffrage & Sovereignty” exhibit, but the discussion was postponed by COVID-19. The discussion was rescheduled for March 2021 to celebrate Women’s History Month.
