Many people in Henderson County woke up to a little bit of added snowfall on Friday morning. WYFF News 4 spent time early Friday morning near Interstate 26 in Henderson County, where our crews saw snow accumulating along the side of the road. Henderson County Public School leaders canceled school for students and teachers. Some people enjoyed a walk through downtown Hendersonville on Friday morning. I didn’t think we’d get much today at all to be honest, but I’m surprised, said Tim Hoffman, who was downtown with his wife, Donna. It s pretty, she said. Some people built snowmen in parts of the downtown. Others, like Edgar Ward of Hendersonville, chose to capture the beauty with his camera.
