A skip on the United Utilities site in Port Sunlight A "sickening" smell coming from a sewage treatment site has angered residents who say they cannot even have their windows open. The smell is understood to come from the Beaconsfield Sewage Treatment Works in Port Sunlight, which is run by United Utilities.
