BREAKING | Council mum on death rumour as new EC mayor collapses
Newly-elected Sarah Baartman district municipality mayor Mzimkhulu 'Scara' Njadayi collapsed on municipal premises, municipal manager Ted Pillay confirmed on Wednesday afternoon. A senior ANC leader told DispatchLIVE (http://www.dispatchlive.co.za) that the mayor had collapsed and died, but Pillay declined to confirm the death rumour.
