Kentucky State Police: 2 Ohio Co. residents facing a combined 78 child porn counts December 17, 2020
Two Ohio County residents are facing a combined 78 counts related to the distribution and possession of child pornography.
On Wednesday, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested 21-year-old Tyler M. Davis, of Fordsville, and 68-year-old McClellan Baker, of Beaver Dam, on child pornography charges.
Davis was charged with 18 counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance.
Baker was charged with 20 counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance.
OHIO COUNTY â The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Tyler Michael Davis, 21, of Fordsville, and McClellan Baker, 68, of Beaver Dam, on charges related to child sexual abuse material. Â
Davis and Baker were arrested Thursday as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigations. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began these investigations after discovering suspects sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
These investigations resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Fordsville and a residence in Beaver Dam on Wednesday. Equipment used to facilitate the crimes were seized and taken to KSPâs forensic laboratory for examination. These investigations are ongoing.

OHIO CO., Ky. (WFIE) - The Kentucky State Police arrested two Ohio County men on child sexual exploitation charges Wednesday.
KSP’s electronic crime branch arrested 21-year-old Tyler Michael Davis and 68-year-old McClellan Baker on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
Authorities say these arrested came as a result of an undercover internet crimes against children investigation.
That investigation started after KSP says they discovered the suspects sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
