Opontia: Enabling e-commerce brands to go global Philip Johnston and Manfred Meyer, co-founders of Opontia The GCC region is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce markets in the world according to a report from Dubai’s CommerCity, with online sales set to treble by 2022. US-based consultancy firm AT Kearney predicts the region’s e-commerce sector will grow from $29 billion this year to $50 billion by 2025.
