The states, for the most part, youre allowed to take a video of something thats happening in the public. so i did not believe the police officer is correct in saying they cant take a video of an event thats happening. cops may not like it, but i think its a lawful activity and they should be allowed to continue. >> so if -- mark, if the police approach someone who is shooting a video and they say stop, im going to arrest you, if you dont stop, and you dont stop videotaping, are you now resisting...
