This morning, at least two dozen states under windchill warnings or advisories. Fresh misery in minnesota. Blizzards creating whiteout conditions. Today, it will feel like 35 below zero in minneapolis. In massachusetts they are clearing over a foot of snow. Residents in new jersey worked overtime to keep up.
