Unprecedented but it is rare. Well ask people about that. The industrials bounce back today and what appears to be a deescalation in japan, letting putin claim hes pulling troops back from the border and is calling for a dialogue on the crisis. Is the market reading this one correctly . And weve got jim brent coming up in the 4 00 hour. Hes some of the guys that gmo have been saying if you want to wade into an area thats incredibly cheap albeit risky its russia and gas prom. That trade paying of...

Yes it is mostly outside of San Francisco. And in the ground field areas that we have looked at. But, we most of the opportunities are outside of the city, and frankly, they are more economic outside of the city not just because of the cost of the land but also because of the solar exposure and the Solar Opportunities are greater and so for the same solar panel located in San Francisco and you will get more hours produced in senol than in San Francisco. Infrastructure cost. You need to build the transmission. You need to build the terminals. There is a lot that needs to be built. For example, by 2024, despite the really unfathomable increases in electricity demand, they will have 2 3 for japan today to say nothing of asian or india. Huge gaps would remain even after the...

Some catching up to do. Foreign investment in africa has reached record highs, but that the United States is being led more by its domestic policies and we are letting europe and china grow at a faster rate. While our exports to the continent are at a record high it is also true that only 2 of our total exports go to africa. And that means were missing out on a major opportunity to create jobs here at home. In america theres a disconnect between the reality of the African Market and the percepti...

That plan will take longer becau...

The ratepayers will pay that, but the renewable portion will be fixed. If they leave the program and go back, they will be on the new addition, the new vintage of the rate for the generation. For all of he is the them, they have to pay the transmission and distribution cost. That may go up for the year but the generation if you choose the green tariff will ...
