Article - Historic Melbourne Landmark, The Prince of Wales Hotel, Listed for Sale - The Prince of Wales Hotel, an iconic establishment in St Kilda, has been listed for sale by Melbourne-based hospitality business, Jackalope Group, which purchased the property in 2015 for $45 million.
The recently refurbished 1920s corner hotel is reportedly expected to sell for $50m+. And a street bar, dining room, bakery, wine store and indoor pool come with the package.
