Police say the man ran the mechanic down and dragged him a few feet. A witness who was driving by saw what was going on and followed the suspect as he traveled on industrial. Thats when Police Caught up to him and arrested him. The mechanic is being treated for serious injuries that are not lifethreatening. Held on charges of assault with a Deadly Weapon and probation violation. Tonight the grieving family of a 16yearold boy is demanding answers after his burned body was found in a trailer. Miguel was killed in a fire in East Palo Alto last month. His body wasnt identified until last week.
