Officers Alexander Wilson, Ashley Baldwin and Lucas Kaestner graduated from the Lowell Police Academy earlier this month and were sworn in Dec. 14. There was no formal graduation ceremony due to the pandemic. I am excited to welcome these three new officers to the force, Mayor Paul Brodeur said in a release.
