You can see the head lights, those are heading northbound on 101 in palo alto just before the University Avenue accident. The accident with the big rig took police in front of us here where that k rail is and we see those caltrans vehicles are. I did speak with chp within the past 15 minutes and they expect this to be reopened within the hour. Right now three of the four lanes in the northbound direction are shut down.
