Body found in river; man arrested Oakridger A deputy with the Roane County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a suspect for the murder of a man found dead in the Emory River in Harriman. Roane Conty Sheriff Jack Stockton gave details in a phone interview.  He said a fisherman found the body of 37-year-old Arron Brown the morning of Wednesday, Dec. 9.
