Mueller is looking at. it is a fair question to ask and ill tell you anyone who wouldnt the presidents son-in-law would not have a security clearance at this stage. >> ambassador, kushner failed to report dozens of leaders with foreign meetings on his security application, should he have access to the nations biggest secrets until this investigation clears him? >> well, i dont think you automatically pulls someones clearance, presumely until its investigated theerly to get the clearance. i dont ...

Deal, you know, obviously we have a long way to see if thats true. and as you guys were pointing out, this also requires a lot of time, a lot of attention at a point where president trumps time and attention is certainly divided. he has a number of controversies playing out at home and we saw that sort of manifested in two of his top aides only staying through the saudi arabia part of the trip. they need to do some strategic planning to try to get this administration back on track when the presi...

Months. i think there will be a lot of smoke and no fire. >> gloria, david has a point. james comey did mess up in that hearing a few wednesdays ago. >> he did. >> he said things that he had to go back and correct the record, things that were not accurate about huma abedin and the hillary clinton investigation. >> right. and the president said he was unpopular and had poor performance on wednesday. i think we ought to look at the criminology here, because you had senators coming out of that -- r...

Presidents aides called the cia and the nsa after this meeting to let them know what happened. what would those agencies then do with that information? >> well, i would imagine each would pull together, you know, maybe a couple people, maximum two or three, from his agency, tell them this is highly classified and we dont want to talk to anybody else about it but how serious is this? i would think a cia director or nsa director would want to get a feel for how much problem this has created, and i...

Sorry. just thats all i can say on this one. sean spicer is exactly right. that there may well have been a mess up in the obama administration when they renewed his clearance if they didnt ask the right questions or if flynn didnt provide the documentation. even if he verbally told them as he says he did. verbally told them about these trips and about these payments, the records dont reflect, the paperwork doesnt reflect this was properly discussed and litigated and that happened on president ob...

Trermny has one of the most incredible policies when it comes to women in the workplace, and what she was laying out about her dad, making it a media conspira conspiracy, he says my father thinks women have great potential. >> that was an interesti ining t for her, saying i heard that, and that has been perpetuated. it is so interesting to me every single time, people really love mess up, they dont get better if we deny theyre messing up, and we watch it time and time again. so for her to be one...

No. it doesnt work that way, buster. >> everybody is focused on what the ceo did in the communications department. obviously a huge, incredible mess up for a giant company. i think what this highlights is what we all see when we travel, which is theres no responsible person at the gate on the plane when theres a crisis like this who is making decisions. its impossible to imagine an industry -- you go to a movie theater -- >> thats exactly right. >> you go to a movie theater and there are more em...
