Apartment hotel brand ROOST recently launched its latest extended stay location at Baltimore Peninsula in Maryland.

The closure comes one week after The Quintes opening chef, Nicolas Quintero, departed the swanky downtown Charleston raw bar.

Baltimores first high-design, extended-stay hotel features 81 fully-furnished apartment hotel units, 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor resort-like amenity space, and 40 apartment units for long-term residents.

The building is slated to open July 1, and MAG Partners, Method Co., Hord Coplan Macht and other team members celebrated the opening Friday.

The company behind the ROOST Apartment Hotel chain brings the apartment building/hotel hybrid model to a site across from the Falls Bridge.

Stays for long and short-term guests in the renovated downtown building will begin June 1.

With a minimum bid of $9.5 million, the West Bloomfield Township property has close to 157,000 square feet on Orchard Lake Road near 14 Mile Road.

The Method Co. hotel concept was announced back in 2021 but is just now opening.
