Voters will have an opportunity next month to decide whether to provide free legal representation to any renters facing eviction in Multnomah County. Tina Kotek and Betsy Johnson, perhaps surprisingly, agreed during an online forum about much of what Oregon s next governor should do to help business, housing, transportation and the image of
