As we look at the east shore freeway this causeway is kind of gusty and chp has let us know that they want you to drive carefully on all the bay area bridges because of gusty winds. It concerns me about the veracity of the owner and whether or not something was covered up, about the performance of our city employees, but it concerns me about our system.
