Near the overpass to a 92 after 6 00 a. M. Police believe the man was jaywalking when two cars struck him. The second car didnt stop. Officers eventually located the car and driver after the accident. Both drivers are cooperating with authorities. The accident closed the street as well as ramps to highway 92 for a couple of hours during the morning commute. The victims identity has not yet been released.
