They say he lived here with his mother, father and grandmother, and they rarely associated with the rest of the neighborhood. He walked his dogs. I think his dogs name was baby. He was sweet. Brief conversations. Seemed nice. Surprising. This is a quiet neighborhood. It is unclear how the boy got uh hold of the gun and exactly who owns it.
