details of specific targets. this comes days before the tenth anniversary of 9/11. again, this threat is described as credible but unconfirmed. also right now, a massive power outage is affecting millions of people across southern california, arizona and mexico. the power went out about 4:00 this afternoon. a spokesman for san diego gas and electric is saying the outage was triggered by a system breakdown. he stays the incident is not the result of any kind of terror attack. this is happening, of course, right in the middle of the evening commute down there. some trains have been stopped. traffic lights are out. this is the traffic mess. we are told that the san onofre nuclear power plant has been shut down as a precaution. and city police in san diego are reporting trouble taking 911 emergency calls, and all flights at lindbergh field have been grounded. the power may not be restored until tomorrow. we have breaking news out of san francisco right now. another bart prote
