A brazen act of shots being fired outside Concord Police headquarters. Good evening im ken wayne. Im heather holmes. The Police Building was struck at least twice with people just inside. Police are investigating whether in fact they were targeted. Reporter yeah, they do not have a motive right now. They do not know if they were targeted or if it was a stray bullet. Someone was aiming for Something Else or someone else. We know that witnesses heard the shots coming from the streets and then the car sped off. Crime scene investigators would show you the headquarters on sunday looking for shell casings and any clue as to who fired at the Police Building around 11 15 on saturday night.
