After last weeks fire at the Wheatley water treatment plant, council passed a motion Monday to seek a mass communication strategy.

It was two years ago the town of Wheatley changed forever after an explosion rocked the downtown core, injuring 20 people. And while progress is being made at the site of the explosion, there are still many unanswered questions — and lingering trauma.

The province is dishing out more than $11 million in new money to help deal with the fallout of the explosion in the Lake Erie community.
