Sentencing postponed for man charged with breaking Jack Daniel statue, stealing liquor in Hamilton Journal-News This statue of Jack Daniel was damaged in an alleged property damage incident Sept. 13 at Noonans Party Store in Hamilton. Jacob Shane Wright, 26, of the 2000 block of Princeton Road, was indicted on three counts of vandalism, obstructing official business, resisting arrest and attempted petty theft.
