Police are looking for the driver who struck and killed a bicyclist in a hit-and-run crash on Jay Street in Rochester Thursday night. Kerry Traver, 57, of Rochester died, police revealed. The crash occurred around 10:15 p.m. near 1037 Jay Street, just west of Hague Street. Rochester Police Lt.
