Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, February 5) The Department of Health said it is looking into the ammonia leak that occurred inside an ice plant in Navotas.
Health Undersecretary Ma. Rosario Vergeire called the incident at the T.P. Marcelo & Co. ice plant unique, and assured the public the agency has standards in place to ensure this would not happen in areas chosen as COVID-19 vaccine warehouses.
