A Windsor industrial building anchored by pharmacy retail giant Walgreens has sold for $5.4 million, property records show. The 62,080-square-foot property at 770-790 Marshall Phelps Road sold in March. The buyer was Luzern Windsor LLC, whose principal is Salvatore Campofranco, owner of Connecticut real estate firm Luzern Associates LLC. The seller was Real Group II LLC, whose principal is Craig W. Ferraina. He lists a Windsor business address.
