Goal: Give man harshest legal sentence for allegedly tying dogs to the back of his truck and forcing them to walk while he drove down a major road.
Two dogs were allegedly tied to the back of a moving truck as the driver cruised down a major road. Steven Illsley was arrested for this alleged crime. If he is found guilty of this apparent act of animal cruelty, Illsey should receive the maximum time behind bars.
Reports state that other drivers honked their horns at Illsley while they passed him on Route 16. Illsley then reportedly put one of the dogs in the back of the truck and continued to drive down the road with the other animal still tied to the vehicle. When questioned about the incident, Illsley allegedly said that his intentions were to corral his dogs. One woman was reportedly hit from behind after she slowed down to avoid striking one of the animals. A video showing the dogs allegedly being abused w
