Governor announces new cabinet appointments

Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero announced the following cabinet appointments:
Sarah Thomas-Nededog has been tapped as executive director for the Office of Homelessness Assistance and Poverty Prevention. Thomas-Nededog has served as the deputy director for the Government of Guam Association of Retired Persons Senior Citizens Program, program officer for the Guam Humanities Council and executive director for Sanctuary Inc.
Edith Pangelinan has been named president of the Guam Housing Corporation. Most recently, she served as deputy director of the Department of Administration. Pangelinan has over 40 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, which includes service at the Guam Environmental Protection Agency, the Bureau of Budget and Management Research and the Guam Airport Authority.
