A construction contractor who owes about $80,000 in various civil suits now faces criminal charges.  

Manhattan dad Ceferino Sanchez was charged with murder and manslaughter for allegedly killing his 4-month-old son Cairo. He was arraigned for the horrific assault, which left the young child with various injuries, including fatal skull fractures.

Contractor Colton Chaulk has several judgements against him, involving money owned to customers for whom he didn't complete work, as well as to a building supply company.

The sale began on Saturday at 9 a.m. and will end on Wednesday at 6 p.m. The sale starts at noon Monday through Wednesday, but the popular collector’s corner, where people can buy valuable books, magazines and pieces of art, will end on Tuesday.
