Gedney-area couple defy the lockdown to set up new business Published: 06:00, 18 January 2021
Starting up a business during lockdown might be a daunting idea for many, but one couple from the Gedney area is embracing the challenge.
Peter and Michelle Manley, who live in Gedney Broadgate, have set up their own pet supply company â Pumpkin Pet Supplies â after taking on Long Suttonâs Martins Animal Feedâs surplus stock following the ownersâ retirement.
The idea to move forward with the pet supply company came after the couple had been selling items on a smaller scale to family and friends.
