FromSoftware, developer of the Dark Souls games, has shut down multiplayer services for the action-adventure titles after a remote code execution exploit became publicized. This exploit could be used to wreak havoc on users, and fans worry it might also be present in the upcoming, highly anticipated Elden Ring.
