Hartsburg Pumpkin Festival to begin Saturday morning, traffic impacts expected
The 32nd annual Hartsburg Pumpkin Festival will kick off Saturday at 9 a.m. and will run until 5 p.m. Family fun events and traffic impacts are expected in the area.
