Two new areas of Covid cases are showing on Cornwall s cluster map following a completely clear picture at the weekend. It s after cases rose by 57.1% week-on-week, with 33 recorded in the seven days leading up to June 4. This was compared to 21 across the previous week - an increase of 12. Figures from the most recent five days are not shown due to incomplete data. The rolling rate is now averaging 5.8 cases per 100,000 people, compared to 3.5 cases per 100,000 a week ago. Two clusters have appeared on the government s dashboard map, showing new clusters in St Columb Major & St Mawgan (5 cases, up three on last week) and Bodmin East (3 cases, up one on last week).
