Quartus Urbane Lively, Jr., 71, was called home on June 26, 2023. He was born on September 6, 1951, in Waynesboro to the late Kathryn G. and Q.U. Lively, Sr. and was has been a lifetime resident. He attended Waynesboro High School and went on to serve in the Army. Urbane married Susan Barlow in
