A strong storm system moving through the Rockies will generate thunderstorms to our west early this evening. They will roll east and affect our area later in the evening.
A storm system will bring a one-two hour round of t-storms to our area tonight, mainly before midnight. Small hail and wind gusts to 40-50 mph are possible.
After a chilly morning, temperatures climb into the low and mid 60s and feeling great for early April. The warmth will also introduce a line of strong thunderstorms to the area Saturday night.
A cool northwesterly breeze today will keep temperatures running below average in the upper 50s. The warmth will increase to the 60s Friday & the weekend.
