This morning, San Francisco police are investigating a deadly accident where a driver hit and killed a pedestrian. It happened at an intersection that residents say is one of the most dangerous in the city. Abc 7 News Reporter has the story. Reporter this is the yellow toyota suv that hit the pedestrian.
