Yellowstone National Park has selected Mike Tranel as new deputy superintendent. Tranel is a 35-year veteran of the National Park Service (NPS) with experience at a range of sites both in and out of Wyoming, according to Yellowstone. He was also raised in Wyoming and Montana.
