Seven people have been injured after a huge explosion left a gaping hole in a row of houses.

Several people were believed to have been trapped and had to be freed by emergency services. Ambulance staff are assessing patients at the scene in Willesborough, Ashford. Firefighters have been tackling a blaze at a house and are now working to extinguish the last remaining signs of fire.
