Odyssey of the Mind teams to compete in World Finals Onslow County Schools’ Odyssey of the Mind (OM) teams recently competed in the OM state finals. Dixon Elementary team won first place and Blue Creek Elementary team placed third. Odyssey of the Mind is an academic competition program open to 6th, 7th and 8th graders in which teams are formed to creatively solve a variety of long-term problems.
