Well do some basic stuff, and even before this reverend my local commander and myself have been talking about doing initiatives where cops are the focus for the young people. getting some of the young people in our city become police officers. we always say be the change that you want to see in the world. those are the kinds of things well have to do and also well have to have an understanding and an understanding that communication is going to be key. i know im going to be taking officers to me...
