The Bruce Vento Nature Sanctuary will be off limits for future Treasure Hunts, organizers said.

Dakota leaders are expressing concern that this year’s Pioneer Press Treasure Hunt medallion was hidden at a site they consider sacred. Treasure hunters found the medallion Saturday at the Bruce Vento Nature Sanctuary in St. Paul.
