Sulliden Mining Capital Inc. reported that it has closed a transaction (Acquisition) the completion of a transaction (Acquisition) to procure a 75 percent interest in the Orange Creek Uranium Project (Project) by acquiring from a private company (Vendor) 75% of the issued common shares of Orange Creek Resources Pty. Ltd., an Australian private company (Target).
