Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. On April 19, the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia and Asian Development Bank (ADB) organized a live webinar on Bond Market Guide for Mongolia. More than 180 participants took part in the online event, including ASEAN+3 Bond Market Forum members, ASEAN+3 officials, Asian Impact webinar participants, European investors, Mongolian financial institutions.
ADB has been working closely with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and Japan, the People’s Republic of China, and the Republic of Korea collectively known as ASEAN+3 under the Asian Bond Markets Initiative to develop resilient regional financial systems. Mongolia became an official observer of ASEAN+3 Bond Market Forum in 2019. To share the experience and knowledge accumulated under the Asian Bond Markets Initiative (ABMI), the Bond Market Guide for Mongolia was developed along with the ASEAN+3 Bond Market Guide series.

Eximgarant of Belarus to insure Development Bank s export risks
MINSK, 1 March (BelTA) - The Belarusian government has let Eximgarant of Belarus to conclude agreements with the Development Bank on voluntary risk insurance of non-repayment and delayed repayment of export loans. The corresponding Council of Ministers resolution No. 114 of 25 February 2021 was officially published on the national legal internet portal, BelTA has learned.
The matter pertains export loans provided by the Development Bank to non-residents of Belarus – the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia and Russia s Stroy Center.
The Ministry of Finance of Mongolia was granted a loan for prepayment for products sold by MAZ – Managing Company of Belavtomaz Holding. The Russian company Stroy Center has been allocated loans to pay for works and services of Belarusian residents Promtechmontazh and Belstroytsentr, as well as to reimburse insurance premiums to the Development Bank under voluntary export risk insurance co
