State again strikes down growler bill
The Minnesota Craft Beer Amendment created to free the growler was blocked by the Minnesota House a couple weeks ago. The bill proposed to increase the barrel cap that currently prevents five Minnesota breweries, including Castle Danger Brewery in Two Harbors, from selling growlers because they produce more than 20,000 barrels a year.
