Only a small portion of the overturned Seacor Power remained visible above Wednesday s rough waves in the Gulf of Mexico. The 166-foot long vessel is grounded a few miles south of Port Fourchon after capsizing in stormy conditions a day earlier. The U.S. Coast Guard has recovered six crew members and the body of a seventh. It continues to search for 12 others missing. Capt.
