An eight-year-old girl has been allegedly raped at a boarding school hostel in Bhopal’s Misrod locality within days of admission. Police have registered a case under IPC and Pocso Act and are trying to identify the suspect. The incident came to light when the child's mother went to meet her and the girl complained of pain in her private parts. Doctors confirmed sexual assault.
A 12-year-old girl was allegedly kidnapped and raped by a man when she was walking home from school in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh, police said on Sunday.
