On December 18, 2023, the European Union ("EU") adopted its 12th sanctions package against Russia. The new package introduces additional asset freeze measures, together with amendments.
The 12th package of EU sanctions against Russia includes dozens of companies and individuals linked to Russian aggression against Ukraine, according to the Official Journal of the EU on Dec. 18.
