The Santa Catarina Civil Police identified Fabiano Kipper Mai as the teen who killed two women and three one-year-old babies at a day care center in Brazil
Authorities revealed Kipper Mai, 18, had been bullied at school and reacted by allegedly hurting animals in the town of Saudades
The women were identified as Keli Adriane Aniecevski, 30, and Mirla Renner, 20
The babies were named as Sarah Luiza Mahle Sehn, Murilo Massing and Anna Bela Fernandes de Barros
