The 2024 Miss Douglas County and Miss Douglas County Outstanding Teen Competition will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Jacoby Auditorium at Umpqua Community College, 1140 Umpqua College
Twenty-three young women will participate in the 2024 Miss Douglas County and Miss Douglas County’s Teen Competition at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Jacoby Auditorium at Umpqua Community College.
